Kelly and Carmen’s Banging Books is a totally flexible monthly book subscription with no pressure, just solid recommendations and a way to find new books to fill your shelves and hearts.
How does it work?
Every month Kelly and Carmen will both choose a newly released paperback book that they have loved. When you have signed up you will receive an email to let you know when your book of the month is ready to collect. You can pop in and find out what books we’ve chosen and take your pick! You get a new recommended certified banger, an element of surprise, but still with some flexibility and choice.
Will Kelly & Carmen be competing to choose the best bangers, and keeping track of whose pile goes down fastest? Yes! Will we be here to chat about the books if you want to? Absolutely!
The first month’s books will be available to collect from Tuesday 31st March.
The first 20 people to sign up will receive a little extra like a herbal tea bag and a themed bookmark.
Everyone who signs up will be added to our sneak peek mailing list, where we let you know about upcoming events in advance.
How is it different to other subscription services?
Often, book subscriptions charge you more money for extras. We will only charge you for the book. But we might still add in some extras!
Traditional book subscriptions have no option of choice. Your book arrives and sometimes it might be a book you’ve already read or one that doesn’t catch your interest. We will always give you two to choose from, and in the unlikely event that you’ve already read them both, you can take your pick from our shelves to the same value.
It is totally flexible. We are starting it off with a one, three or six month order but will be adding a fully flexible subscription service soon. In the meantime, just pop in or email us if you want to make any changes.
Want to buy this as a gift? Just email us with your order number and we’ll add the recipient’s details in.
