Join us for a special evening with acclaimed author Tahmima Anam as we celebrate the publication of her new novel, Uprising.

Tahmima will be in conversation about the book, followed by a reading and audience Q&A. Copies of Uprising will be available to buy on the night, and Tahmima will be signing books after the event.

The bar will be open throughout the evening.

Women’s Circle with Oak & Starlight

Reclaiming Power -Within and Between

Ahead of the author event, a limited number of places will be available for a women’s circle held above the shop from 6pm – 7:15pm, with Tahmima Anam participating. The circle will be hosted and ticketed separately by Oak & Starlight, here.

Together with Tahmima, we’ll reflect on our times- on what we carry, what we are rising from, and what we are rising to. All attendees will receive an email beforehand with a small  “assignment” – something special to bring, as part of our reflections.

The rest will flow. There is a magic to circle that is all its own.
