Fermenting Workshop - Make your own Kefir and Sauerkraut
Roisin, founder of Wildling Water Kefir and local Chemistry Teacher, is sharing her knowledge with a hands-on fermenting workshop. In this 3-hour session she will teach you how to make water kefir, milk kefir, kombucha and sauerkraut. Roisin will discuss the benefits of fermented foods & drinks, alongside lots of flavour inspiration and tasters, and ideas for how to use your fermented creations in smoothies, coleslaw and more.
