I'm Bev Appleby and I am a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher here in West Sussex, UK.

I have been teaching general level classes for beginners and improvers for 8 years in person and online.

It is a pleasure to be able to pass on what I have learnt on my yoga journey so far and I hope to see you in a class soon 😀
