Autumn Equinox

You’re invited to gather in the circle to celebrate the changing of the season.

We’ll meet in this space for guided discussion, breathwork and community connection.

Bring yourself, just as you are. Babes in arms welcome. Open to all women.

What to expect

There will be a loose rhythm to the circle. We’ll begin by introducing ourselves and a simple breathing exercise to regulate the nervous system. The discussion will be on a theme however you’re free to speak on anything you like (or not speak at all). This is a safe space to give voice to the things that have been playing on your mind, to speak your wishes aloud and share common experiences.

The circle will close with a brief meditation or breathing practise.

A note on pricing

The standard price for this circle is £10. Community prices are available for those on lower income. Community prices are a cash donation of £1-£5. Please email or message through Instagram to request a community place.

There are limited spaces for both standard and community so please book ahead of time.
