Traditional Hatha Yoga:

  • MEDITATION and VISUALISATION

BARBARA has been teaching for over 30 years and is experienced in all aspects of Yoga practice.

The exercises are anti-arthritic, gently working the muscles and joints to keep strength and mobility

Stress release is achieved by use of breathing techniques and deep relaxation, harmonising body and mind - encouraging well-being on all levels.
